Complaints Procedure
Pharmexpress has established a policy and procedure for handling written complaints.
To file a formal written complaint, please email us directly. We aim to acknowledge receipt of all formal written complaints within two working days and provide a response within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your formal written complaint, you may reach out to the General Pharmaceutical Council.
