What is the AeroChamber Plus?
The AeroChamber Plus is a special device that makes using inhalers easier, particularly for people with lung diseases. It helps deliver medicine directly to your airways and simplifies the coordination of breathing with inhaler use, which can be challenging for many patients.

How does the AeroChamber Plus work?
Inhalers like Ventolin release a set dose each time, but when attached to the AeroChamber Plus, the treatment is sent straight into your lungs. This improves the medicine’s effectiveness and reduces the chances of it hitting the back of your throat, which can cause side effects.

The device has a mouthpiece at one end, a soft seal at the other end to hold the inhaler, and a valve to control the medicine.

How to set up the AeroChamber Plus:

1. Take off both caps.
2. Attach the inhaler to the end with the rubber seal.
3. Shake both the inhaler and the AeroChamber to mix the medicine properly.

How to use the AeroChamber Plus to inhale the medicine:

1. Breathe out.
2. Put your lips around the mouthpiece.
3. Press the inhaler once to release the medicine into the AeroChamber.
4. Breathe in slowly and deeply for 3 to 5 seconds.
5. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds so the medicine reaches your airways.
6. Breathe normally.
7. If you need more than one puff, repeat the steps.

Note: If the AeroChamber Plus makes a whistling sound while you’re inhaling, you’re breathing in too quickly.

How to clean and store the AeroChamber Plus:

• Clean it at least once a
