Nicorette QuickMist – A Mouth Spray to Help Quit Smoking
Nicorette QuickMist is designed to assist smokers in quitting or reducing their cigarette intake. It can replace cigarettes entirely or substitute specific cigarettes during the day, helping you gradually reduce smoking.

How to Use QuickMist Mouth Spray:

Priming the Spray:

• Before the first use, or if you haven’t used the spray for over two days, prime it.
• Point the spray away from yourself, others, and pets.
• Press the top of the QuickMist three times with your index finger until you see a fine spray.

Using the Spray:

• After priming, point the spray nozzle as close to your open mouth as possible.
• Press the top to release one spray into your mouth, ensuring it doesn’t touch your lips.
• Do not inhale while spraying to avoid the spray going down your throat. For optimal results, avoid swallowing for a few seconds after spraying.

Dosage:

• Most smokers will need 1-2 sprays every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• If your cravings persist, you can use a second spray.
• You can use up to 4 sprays per hour.
• Do not exceed 2 sprays per dosing session or 64 sprays (4 sprays per hour over 16 hours) in a 24-hour period.
